Mission Statement:
We oppose plans by L/A Properties LLC to set up a 300-acre open-pit rock quarry in Winthrop: a rural neighborhood near several family homes. We believe that access to clean air and water at private residences, schools, and businesses; and the right to protect and preserve our homes from harmful industry, are inalienable rights.
Be part of the "boots on the ground" volunteer group and help spread awareness to your neighbors.
Email the planning board and let them know that you want them to say "no" to the quarry.
