PLANNING BOARD MEETING 1/25/2023

Updated: Jan 18

On January 25th at 7PM at the Town Hall, the Planning Board will hear a request by L/A Properties, LLC to re-establish a gravel pit on the east side of Turkey Lane. That's the opposite side of the proposed open pit mine. This was a gravel pit that was originally in operation by Dorothy Egg Farms. I suspect, after seeing the lay of the land, that this is where the open pit mine rock crusher is going to go as they have a flat space to set up this crusher and have the room to stack up material. I'll find out more at the meeting. And as always, the more of us that oppose this, the better.
